Performance Squad: by invitation of the Head Coach

 

S1 - minimum of 10 sessions per week including Sunday evening and land training sessions.

Core sessions: Sunday morning, Monday evening at Garnock, Wednesday evening at Largs.

Tuesday at Auchenharvie  5.30 till 7.30pm

Wednesday at Largs -           5.00 till 7.00pm

Friday at Auchenharvie      6.15 till 8.00pm

Young Masters: 16 years plus: as many sessions a week as possible. Speak to Head coach as she will advise what sessions for your ability

 

 

T squad (training): 14 years to 16 years or in fourth year at school. . Minimum 4 sessions per week, including Sunday – preferably 1 land session advised by Head coach.

 

 

Masters: 1 session per week + any morning or Sunday evening optional extra

 

Monday at Largs                           8.00 till 9.00pm

Sunday evening at Auchenharvie       4.15 till 6.15pm
