Note

Due to insufficient mileage during the week, tapering is not required before a gala by any of the above squads. If competing on a Saturday/Sunday do not miss a Friday night training sessions. If competing at a weekend please ensure extra mileage is obtained the previous or following week. See coach with regard to this.

N.B. All coaches monitor attendance. Remember if you are in a specific squad you are expected to make the minimum number of session required.
