the number of points attached to the next time listed.

There seems to be some confusion over what strokes swimmers can or can not enter.

New 8 years and under swimmers can swim 1 lenght (25m) of all stokes, fly, back, breast, & free plus 100m IM.

Old 8 year & 9 year swimmers can swim 50m of all strokes, fly, back, breast & free plus 100 IM.

10 years and over swimmers can swim any 5 strokes, one of which must be a 200m event and one distance event i.e.
any 100m event, fly, back, breast & free
any 200m event,
fly, back, breast, free & 200m IM
distance events are 400, 800 and 1500 freestyle and 400m IM.
